JRB is short for Jim Richardson Band, a trio that cooks up a bluesy blend of subversive, folk-influenced Americana.
Jim Richardson — guitar, lead vocals
Jerry Kelly — banjo, guitar and vocals. Jerry is a happily retired gentleman farmer and folk music scholar.
Bryan McKenzie — bass. Bryan is a veteran journalist with a thrift-store sportcoat and a bass guitar for every occasion.
JRB plays original tunes by Jim and Jerry, along with gems from Bob Dylan, Gram Parsons, Woody Guthrie, Robert Earl Keen, Gillian Welch, Warren Zevon, Blaze Foley, Jerry Jeff Walker, and Todd Snider, to name a few.
